การติดตั้ง
1. ใช้ Grounding Lug ที่ประกอบไว้ล่วงหน้าหนึ่งอันต่อราง
2. คลิกที่ Grounding Lug เข้าไปในรางและใส่ Copper Wire (ขนาดสูงสุดคือ 6 AWG หรือใกล้เคียง)
3. ขันโบลต์ M6*14 ด้วย 5~6 N.m และโบลต์ M8*25 ที่มี 16~20 N.m ดังแสดงในรูปด้านขวา เลื่อนโมดูล PV แรกของแถวที่สองไปยังโมดูลที่สอดคล้องกันของแถวแรก
การแยกจากโมดูล PV ด้านล่างสามารถรักษาไว้ได้ด้วยเหตุผลด้านสุนทรียภาพ สามารถใช้ Inter Clamp เป็นตัวคั่น
เพื่อให้การแยกโมดูล PV ในแนวตั้งและแนวนอนเหมือนกัน ติดตั้งโมดูลต่อไปตามที่อธิบายไว้ในขั้นตอนที่ 4.4.1 ถึง 4.4.4 จนกว่าจะติดตั้งโมดูล PV ทั้งหมด
- Apply one pre-assembled Grounding Lug per Rail. Click the Grounding Lug into to the rail channel and insert the Copper Wire. (the maximum size is 6 AWG or similar) Fasten the bolt M6*14 with 5~6 N.m and the bolt M8*25 with 16~20 N.m as shown in the figure on the right.
- Slide the first PV module of the second row onto the corresponding module of the first row. Separation from the lower PV module can be maintained for aesthetic reasons. An Inter Clamp can be used as a separator, so that the vertical and horizontal separation of the PV modules is identical. Continue mounting the modules as described in steps 4.4.1 to 4.4.4 until all PV modules are installed.
